calendar addiction

I have calendar issues... I have a google calendar... which I like- my personal calendar and a shared google calendar for co-workers.
But I also have a mini-calendar that I carry around in my bag... to keep track of appointments and meetings when I am not at my computer...

Then there's the full-size paper calendar that we use as a planning tool and a to-do list at work...

And now the mandatory Oracle calendar that can be viewed online, across the office.

Not compatible with google of course...

My calendars are becoming a lot to keep up with and more often is one (or more) incomplete or worse... conflicting with the others. Maybe I need to schedule a time on my calendar to synchronize my calendar collection. :(
